Anti-discrimination and safety policy

G-SPA wants every customer, store and therapist to be treated with respect. This policy explains prohibited conduct, how to report it, how we investigate and enforce, and how to appeal.

If you are in immediate danger, call the police first

Call 110 (police) or 119 (fire and ambulance). G-SPA is not an emergency service; we cannot respond on site or replace police, medical or judicial processes.

1. Protected characteristics

These characteristics may never justify refusal of service, unequal treatment, humiliation or surcharges:

  • 感情或婚姻狀態

    Reference severityLevel 3

Disclosing someone's sexual orientation, gender identity, HIV status, health condition or medical visits without consent (outing or privacy exposure), as well as non-consensual photography, recording or distribution, are serious violations.

3. Legitimate safety-based refusal of service

The following are not discrimination. Stores and therapists may refuse or stop a service when they explain the reason respectfully:

  • 暴力或破壞行為
  • 酒醉或明顯失去自我控制
  • 對人員或其他顧客騷擾
  • 具傳染風險的當下狀況
  • 要求未列於服務項目的內容
  • 醫療上不適合施作的狀況

4. Severity levels

Common examples

Common examples

Common examples

Interim protection measures may be applied first.

Common examples

Interim protection measures may be applied first.

Severity levels only determine handling priority and the range of available actions. They do not establish a violation automatically and never create fines. This policy does not replace legal penalties or damages.

5. Interim protection

Before an investigation concludes, if there is ongoing risk (threats, stalking, spreading private information), we may take interim measures such as pausing bookings or messaging, hiding content, or suspending positive badges.

Interim protection is preventive; it is not a final finding and does not assign responsibility to anyone.

6. Investigation process

  1. A case number is created on receipt and a severity level is assigned by category.
  2. Platform safety reviewers examine the report and available records.
  3. Where necessary we request further information from both sides with a response deadline.
  4. The reported party may submit one structured response to the alleged category.
  5. A final upheld or not-upheld determination is recorded with reasons.

We aim to review within a reasonable time but cannot guarantee a specific timeline or outcome. Evidence is visible only to authorized reviewers, and we never disclose whether someone has been reported.

7. Enforcement actions

  • Removal or hiding of violating content
  • Written warning
  • Suspension of messaging, bookings or listings
  • Suspension or revocation of the friendly badge
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent ban when authorized
  • We cooperate with competent authorities and judicial bodies as required by law

Every action records its policy basis, written reason, actor and timestamp. A single report never automatically revokes a badge or triggers a permanent ban.

8. Appeals

After a final determination, a party may appeal once for the same case, stating the reasons and what should be re-examined. Appeals are decided by reviewers not involved in the original decision and may uphold, partly change or overturn it.

You can visit My safety cases to view case status, add information and check appeal deadlines.

9. Reportable categories

10. External complaints and support
